Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Credit and Collection Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing credit and collection activities, ensuring timely payments, and minimizing bad debt. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Management: Assess creditworthiness, set credit limits, and manage credit risk.

2. Collections: Develop and implement collection strategies, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes.

3. Customer Communication: Build strong relationships with customers, communicate effectively, and resolve issues promptly.

4. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on credit and collection activities.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in credit management or collections.

2. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
