Responsibilities

  • Responsibility to execute end to end Global Partner Programs and Initiatives. Ensure program effectiveness with respect to program guidelines and requirements
  • Build and maintain BI Solution architecture to support partner Reporting needs and other operational elements, as per the business requirements
  • Work closely with global partner sales operations team members and Adobe partners throughout the globe to ensure consistent application of Solution Partner Program requirements
  • Be proactive to represents the needs of the partner team and work as SOM to ensure to resolve all queries/ cases related to your processes handled
  • Recommend improved processes and procedures for the management and administration of sales systems and procedures
  • Develop and implement the process/system enhancements for process handled and measure the progress of the outcome.

Requirements

  • Requires MBA degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in audit, or a software company in revenue, finance, or operations.
  • Prior sales operations experience with an emphasis on Program Management, Reporting, Opportunity and Pipeline management and working with US partners would be ideal.
  • Prior Excel Reporting experience is a must, Power BI experience preferred
  • MS Office applications, Excel experience must, SFDC experience preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented, have a proactive approach and able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong time leadership skills, including the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize optimally
  • Demonstrable ability to work well in a team environment with strong collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, including the ability to research and simplify complex situations
