The Service Experience Lead is responsible to ensure achievement of operational SLA’s

  • Manage Service partners from Claims handling point of view.
  • Work in close coordination with Client and vendors to achieve SLAs.
  • Ensure Logistics, Visit & Repair SLA’s met.
  • Manage a team of Ops executives who work closely with service partners.
  • Liaising with contact center, Service Managers to share the updates.
  • Escalation management
  • Responsible to maintain reports required to analysis service level of designated territory and vendors

Work proactively to ensure the service partners are in place and work as per company requirements.
