• テレワーク：週1回程度（約20％）
• 出張：年6回程度（全国、海外の可能性あり）
  ※現場パイロット対応、仕入先試作立ち合い

勤務条件

• 残業時間：月30～45時間（プロジェクトベース）
• 想定年収：850～950万円（基本給＋賞与）
  ※月額目安：47～50万円（部下なし）
• 社宅：なし

業務内容

• エレベーター新設商品の機械設計業務
  • 主にドア・枠等の板金設計
  • 機構部品設計の知識必須、メカトロ知識あれば尚可
• 海外OTIS設計部品（ドア機構、巻上機、安全装置）の導入評価
• 大臣認定・自主評価取得業務
• 業務割合：
  • 導入評価：70％（CAD使用）
  • 認定・評価取得：20％
  • その他：10％
• 使用ツール：
  • Creo（3D CAD）標準
  • AutoCAD（意匠・レイアウト図面）

求める人物像

• 製造業（自動車、家電、産業機械等）で機械設計・開発経験を有する方
• 将来的に新設・改修両方の設計を担当する可能性あり

応募要件

必須条件

• 理工系卒（高専卒以上）
• 機械設計・製図知識（経験5年以上）
• CADスキル（3D必須、2D尚可）

歓迎条件

• 英語力：初級（TOEIC 470～560）
• 強度解析CAE知識・経験
• 板金加工・機械加工・樹脂成形の基礎知識

選考プロセス

• 筆記試験：テストセンター（適性＋一般教養）
• 一次面接：所属部門長＋HRBP
• 最終面接：人事代表取締役＋エンジニアリング本部長
  ※面接は可能な限り対面（NOLEC）、言語は日本語
