Are you passionate about shaping the future of ETFs in a rapidly evolving digital investment landscape? Fidelity is seeking a strategic and innovative leader to own and advance the ETF product strategy across our brokerage business, ensuring market differentiation and exceptional client experiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how ETFs are positioned and delivered to millions of investors, collaborate across key business units, and engage directly with senior leaders and external partners.
You’ll join a dynamic, growth-focused team dedicated to driving product innovation and the continued growth of our self-directed brokerage business. We work closely with Asset Management, Weal Management, FundsNetwork, and other partners to ensure Fidelity remains a leader in delivering diversified investment solutions that meet evolving investor needs.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-222,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
