RTR Financial Team Lead or SV (Korean)

How you will do it

• Handle RTR related activities
• Manage RTR’s team member
• Identify, manage, and resolve customer issues as they arise in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor accounts RTR activities, identifying, resolving, or escalating issues to the senior manager when necessary
• Ensure compliance with JCI accounting policies, procedures, and processes
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts RTR function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine

What we look for

• Over than 5 years RTR Experiences
• Accounting related degree
• People management experiences is plus
• Project lead experience
• Good Communication skill
