The opportunity:
Join us on a 6-month secondment as a Senior Growth & Delivery Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving strategic business initiatives and unlocking growth opportunities within our Strategic Accounts Team.
You'll be at the forefront of executing key projects that support AIA’s broader Distribution Strategy - making a real impact!
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing a strategy to enhance the function, identifying opportunities to strengthen business outcomes and growth across the channel.
Responsibility for project and key strategic initiative delivery, working closely with the Project Sponsors and Business Owners to ensure on-going strategic alignment and delivery of business objectives.
Coordinating change management activities to ensure successful implementation of key initiatives and projects.
Working closely with Growth & Initiatives Specialists across all channels, as well as the Performance & Delivery Specialists, to ensure alignment, collaboration and consistency.
Proactively seeking opportunities to improve, develop and enhance our offering to Advisors, customers and business partners.
Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of the external operating environment including the economy, competitors and digital.
Analysing sales trends and providing recommendations to relevant team leaders.
Working with senior leaders to manage the implementation of sales strategies across the channel.
Leading the Group Assistance Programme (GAP) requirements, including member changes, liaison with Agency Services, reporting, payments and queries.
Accountability for the collation, analysis and identification of sales anomalies within statistical data and information.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building strong connections at all levels, both internally and externally.
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with a talent for collaborating to develop solutions that meet business needs.
Solid understanding sales/distribution experience.
Experience in workshop facilitation, presentation, and training across all levels.
