Your analytical mindset will be key as you evaluate market trends, uncover new opportunities, and create data-driven product briefs that inform strategic decisions. Through rigorous competitive analysis and the development of robust business cases, you will champion initiatives that position our products for success.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role—you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, technical experts, and business leaders to drive seamless execution. Additionally, you will lead the development of impactful communication strategies that elevate the visibility and value of our products in the marketplace.

We are looking for an experienced product manager to help us with developing our software product range that is linked to our bioreactors and wider bioprocessing portfolio. You will be working closely with our project and technical teams and collaborating with a wider group of colleagues. You will be an experienced Product Manager in biopharma, happy to get involved in new and exciting projects.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Defining and executing product strategy, product roadmaps and specification of product requirements
• Managing product lifecycle
• Creating service strategy for product portfolio, including identifying opportunities for improvement
• Defining market opportunities and developing product briefs
• Conducting competitive analysis and developing strong business cases to drive development decisions
• Working collaboratively with project and technical teams as well as other functions in the business
• Managing development of the communication strategy of the relevant products

What will convince us:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience in product management
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptable and open to change
• Open to traveling up to 20% internationally

We Value:

• Experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of bioprocessing is preferred
• Capable of influencing others and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Experience with analytics, PAT (Process Analytical Technology), and automation is preferred
