- 5 Flex Tensioner Lines Assembly Relocation Management and Coordination - 6 equipments
- Equipments Install, Process Setup and Validation - MQ1/MQ2 Full Validation (Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution)
- Core Process Documents (FD, FMEA, CP, etc)
Objectives:
- Meet all set timelines for the project phases, from equipment relocation to SOP of Eagle 2.0
- Ensure zero defects and/or customer issue post-relocation as part of the Safe Launch initiative.

  • Technical, administrative and interpersonal skills:

  • Prefer experience in a high-volume manufacturing (preferably assembly) environment
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, process and troubleshooting skills
  • Fanuc robotics and vision system experience and knowledge
  • Must have good attitude, be flexible, and willing to get hands dirty
  • Experience to design, debug and validate new process or production lines for new projects.
  • Leadership, cross functional team indirect reporting management, teamwork.
  • Knowledge about: Fixtures, Process parameters, speed, stations feeding, pressing process, screwing, fluids and related.
  • Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, press-fitting, tightening system, General PLC programming knowledge.
