Materials Control (Free Issue EP Part)
Project Logistics and Materials reporting
Safety in all above operations
Is accountable that above activities assure that the respected project costs and schedule are met.

• Engineering Interface with AL E&C Poland - data input

• Vendor interface

• Logistics interface withAL E&C Poland

• Customs Class Decision Permitting

• Customs Clearance Contractor Management

• Materials Control and Free Issue Materials to  Construction Contractor

• Preservation and Free Issue Materials/ Equipment Audit

• Post Award Administration (Contract administration, expediting, international logistics, Customs Warehouses, brokers and customs clearance)

• Attend Project Steering Committees

• Ensure actions is taken with suppliers to secure on time and on quality delivery on projects

• - Manage major claims and disputes with the suppliers (with operational inputs from project teams)

• - Manage warranties, sureties and penalties with suppliers (with operational inputs from project teams)

• - Supervise supplier relationships actions related to Projects in the portfolio

• - Review budget overuns with project procurement managers/buyers

• - Manage quality of purchasing for projects through indicators (KPI)

 

Are you a MATCH? 

 

- Higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant speciality
- 7 yrs experience
- Experience with managing logistics with all transport modes (road, rail, sea, air)
- Project management.

- ​English language - advanced  level (for communication with Europe Procurement, Cluster technical experts, to participate in meeting; reading, understanding technical instructions and create technical documentation related to the department functions).
