Job Summary:

Training Supervisor, you will combine hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities to ensure effective training, certification, and skill development of the operational workforce. You will lead training activities and support trainers, ensuring employees are prepared to operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with established standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and supervise training programs for new hires and existing employees.

  • Assignment & Follow-Up: Schedule training sessions, assign trainers, and track progress and certification status.

  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure training content and execution align with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

  • Coaching & Development: Provide real-time feedback, coaching, and mentoring during the training process.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, Safety, and Engineering to align training needs.

Team Mentorship:

  • Skill Development: Strengthen technical and operational competencies across the workforce.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Adjust training plans based on process changes and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent operational experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, manufacturing, or supervisory roles.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and evaluate operational personnel.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic training documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with training certification systems or standardized work.

  • Leadership and conflict resolution skills.

  • Knowledge of Emotional Intelligence and inclusive leadership practices.
