First things first: you want to know what youâre actually applying for. Itâs impossible to capture every nuance of a role â especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews â but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, analysis, and optimisation of global affiliate marketing partnerships. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to expand our affiliate partnerships, increase brand visibility, and drive high-quality leads to our website. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, performance tracking, and B2B customer acquisition.
This is a pivotal role for Mews as we enter the next phase of our high-growth journey. Our ideal candidate has a successful track record at SaaS B2B technology companies. You should also have experience positioning a company as a thought leader in their space. You'll receive high-level objectives from the leadershipâŻteamâŻandâŻmustâŻfigure out withâŻyourâŻteamâŻhow toâŻaccomplishâŻthose objectives using knowledge, data and experience.

Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
Manage and identify a diverse range of affiliate partners to deliver growth across all marketsâŻ
Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising return on investment
Track and analyse affiliate performance metrics, identify trends and recommend actionable insights to drive meaningful impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing content and materials
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging affiliate marketing technologies

You have 3+ years of affiliate management experience in a B2B SaaS start-up environment.
Proven track record of successfully growing affiliate B2B businesses, with a focus on lead generation and growing brand awareness.
Experience working alongside sales and regional marketing teams, with an understanding of how affiliate marketing supports lead generation and regional expansion.
Experience working with CRM systems, Hubspot and Salesforce
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
