Accenture Strategy & Consulting helpt bedrijven met vraagstukken over disruptie en toekomstbestendigheid. Je adviseert senior management op basis van data, kennis en innovatie. Strategy & Consulting is onderdeel van Accenture naast Technology, Operations, Song en Industry X.

👥 Over het Financial Services Team

Je werkt samen met jonge en gedreven collega’s binnen één of meerdere van de volgende groepen:

• Banking: heroverweeg traditionele bedrijfsvoering en benut technologie en talent.
• Capital Markets: help investeringsbanken en vermogensbeheerders zich voorbereiden op toekomstige markten.
• Insurance: herontwerp bedrijfsmodellen en bereid verzekeraars voor op groei.

🛠️ Wat je gaat doen

• Schrijf je scriptie op kantoor met toegang tot Accenture bronnen.
• Voer gesprekken met collega’s over je onderwerp.
• Werk mee aan klantprojecten, workshops en onderzoeken.
• Presenteer je scriptieresultaten aan het einde van je stage.

🔍 Onderzoek

Je krijgt de kans om je te verdiepen in actuele onderwerpen zoals:

• Impact van inflatie en stijgende rentes
• Opkomst van Big Tech (Google, Amazon) en FinTech (Adyen, Stripe)
• Sustainable Finance
• Financial Economic Crime (KYC, AML)
• Nieuwe wetgeving (BASEL IV, PSD3)

• Je studeert binnen 1 jaar af van je master (MSc/MA) aan een Nederlandse universiteit met een financiële achtergrond.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
• Uitstekende VWO en WO resultaten.
• Sterke persoonlijkheid en communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Onafhankelijk, creatief, verantwoordelijk en intrinsiek gemotiveerd.
