Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Supplier Quality Manager, ensures the processing of non-conformity of parts (including financial aspects) and accompanies suppliers in the improvement of its quality and the development of its projects

  • Study and alert the non-conformity of parts in accordance with the specifications during incidents reported by the manufacturing, customer quality teams or incidentology.
  • Secure factory production by engaging in sorting activities. Manage the prevention plan for these activities with the factory HSE referent if necessary.
  • Treat the causes of non-conformities Externally Operated Parts (POE) with an 8D (Quality Tool)
  • Assess the robustness and adequacy of the action plans proposed by the supplier
  • Obtain from the supplier the recognition of its responsibility in the problem of non-compliance detected and ensure the costing of damages
  • Participate in the identification of supplier parts with significant risk and propose preventive actions
  • Review and criticize supplier monitoring plans
  • Identify the most defaulting suppliers and the corrective actions to be implemented
  • Support and manage Supplier Quality Improvement Plans
  • Carry out the various project activities, modifications Life Series and derived versions
