• Install, repair, instruct and provide mechanical and electronic maintenance to offset machinery, for the proper functioning of these, solving as efficiently as possible the problems that arise in the different equipment of customers who request technical service through the company and reduce production stops as much as possible.
• Install the offset machinery purchased by the customer in their facilities, according to factory information to achieve customer satisfaction. Follow the technical instructions of the machine.
• Guarantee the mechatronic operation of the machines by evaluating each of the systems.
• Provide preventive and/or corrective maintenance, making revisions of the mechanisms to avoid future damages. Avoid as much as possible machine stoppages due to mechatronic failures.
• Advise operators of customer machines with the support of factory manuals, to ensure the best use of the machine by the customer. 
• Diagnose and evaluate mechatronic system failures to determine the reason for the problem by means of electronic current and voltage checks to detect an anomaly in time. Avoid machine production stoppages.
• Train fellow electronic technicians, mechanics, instructors, trainees and customer operators in the handling of the mechanical devices of the machines to ensure proper operation.
• Support and provide technical guidance to the spare parts area to identify parts, their level of use and wear.
• Pre-install machinery together with the responsible team, support the customer in the preparation of the area where the machine will be installed providing data and physical and technical needs according to factory requirements to ensure proper installation.
• Prevent machine errors during installation.

• Instalar, reparar, instruir y dar mantenimiento mecánico y electrónico a maquinaria offset, para el buen funcionamiento de estas, resolviendo con la mayor eficiencia posible los problemas que se presentan en los diferentes equipos de los clientes que solicitan servicio técnico a través de la empresa y reducir al máximo las paradas de producción.
• Instalar la maquinaria de offset adquirida por el cliente en sus instalaciones, de acuerdo con información de fábrica para lograr la satisfacción del cliente. Acatar las instrucciones técnicas de la máquina.
• Garantizar el funcionamiento mecatrónico de las máquinas evaluando cada uno.
• Dar mantenimiento preventivo y/o correctivo, haciendo revisiones de los mecanismos para evitar futuros daños. Evitar en lo posible paradas de máquina por fallas mecatrónicas.
• Asesorar a los operadores de las máquinas de los clientes con los apoyos de manuales de fábrica, para lograr que se le dé el mejor uso a la máquina por el cliente.
• Diagnosticar y evaluar fallas del sistema mecatrónico para determinar la razón del problema por medio de las revisiones de corrientes y voltajes electrónicos para detectar a tiempo una anomalía. Evitar paradas de producción de la máquina.
• Capacitar a los compañeros técnicos electrónicos, mecánicos, instructores, aprendices y operadores de los clientes en el manejo de los dispositivos mecánicos de las máquinas para garantizar el buen funcionamiento.
• Apoyar y orientar técnicamente al área de refacciones para identificar piezas, su nivel de uso y desgaste.
• Preinstalar maquinaria junto con el equipo responsable, apoyar al cliente en la preparación del área donde será instalado la máquina proporcionando los datos y necesidades físicas y técnicas de acuerdo con los requerimientos de fábrica para garantizar su correcta instalación. Prevenir errores de la máquina durante su instalación.
