The Large Client Solutions (LCS) sales team  — a group within Snap’s Advertising Solutions organization — focuses on driving revenue by building and managing strategic partnerships with top-tier brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join Snap Inc. in Hamburg or Berlin. As a member of the Sales team in Germany, you will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. Working from our Hamburg or Berlin office, you will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships  with the most sophisticated advertisers in the world, helping them achieve performance that exceeds expectations.

  • Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration, both internally and externally.

  • Deep dive into campaign performance data, guiding KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities.

  • Increase revenue and share of wallet with our most complex clients, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis.

  • Serve as the Snap product expert by educating clients and ad partners on Snap’s advertising product suite and influencing Snap’s ad product roadmap through client participation in Alphas and Betas.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystems.

  • Good knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.

  • Ability to rapidly run ad hoc reports and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize output effectively in spreadsheets and presentations.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.

  • Proven ability to win the support of key stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain an action-oriented approach.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience.

  • 4+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field.

  • Fluency in German and English is required to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
