Role Overview:


We are looking for a creatively sharp and data-curious intern to join our regional campaign team, directly contributing to marketing initiatives that captivate travelers across Southeast Asia.

This role is a unique opportunity to learn the commercial rhythm of a leading online travel platform, blending analytical insights with bold creative execution to drive results for our Flights, Hotels, and other lines of business.

You will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, supporting the end-to-end campaign process from ideation and on-ground activation to performance analysis.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the daily compilation and analysis of campaign performance data across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging consumer trends, viral content, and relevant cultural moments we can leverage for our campaigns.

  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh perspectives and actionable ideas for digital content, social media hooks, and promotional angles.

  • Support the drafting of compelling, on-brand copy for various marketing channels, including social media captions, ad copy, and email newsletters.

  • Provide support for on-ground marketing activations, which may occasionally require travel outside the office, state, or country.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be in the final semester of your Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. This is a mandatory requirement due to the minimum 6-month commitment and the depth of involvement in the role.

  • A genuine passion for travel, e-commerce, and the ever-evolving digital landscape.

  • A fast learner who is quick on their feet, able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

  • Strong familiarity with key social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, understanding what makes content shareable and engaging.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to look at numbers and ask "why," coupled with a keen eye for detail.

  • Willingness and availability to travel for campaign-related events as needed.
