Job Description Summary:

This role is primarily responsible for the sales of Coca-Cola Freestyle with a secondary focus on dispensed equipment across the U.S. Market.  The core accountabilities include partnering with NAOU FSOP sales and operations, building sales capabilities, improving dispensed equipment processes, ensuring a competitive commercial proposition in both policy and strategy, and influencing the Global Equipment Platform Center on dispensed equipment innovation investments to meet customer and market needs. This role will serve as the primary connection point to NAOU FSOP sales and Bottler selling organization.  

What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Coca-Cola Freestyle/Dispensed Equipment Subject Matter Expert  

  • Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to align resources to deliver the Freestyle and dispensed equipment business plan 

  • Represent Coca-Cola Freestyle/Dispensed Equipment at executive level T2Ts. 

  • Demonstrate and advance Coca-Cola Freestyle value proposition 

  • Problem solving and issue resolution 

  • Customer stewardship of consumer, financial and operational results 

  • Identify capability gaps and mentor teams to build selling capability 

  • Work with multiple levels in the organization to coach and prep for Freestyle selling

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related area 

  • 5+ Years Strategic Sales Experience 

  • Interact and lead role with a broad range of customer associates across customers concepts and other HQ key stakeholders to advance the relationship, partnership, and drive value 

  • Consulting with customer as a beverage category partner to provide K&I, share best practices, innovative beverage ideas, and influence decision making around F&B and marketing initiatives 

  • Conduct regular business reviews with customer to monitor relationship and performance 

  • Sell in and execute with distinction business planned initiatives while ensuring initiatives are implemented on time and to monitor performance outcome of each key initiative 

  • Work closely with customer and internal teams to identify innovative beverage incidence driving solutions and implement.

Pay Range:

$141,000 - $165,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
