The University of Oklahoma Medical Center Adult Emergency Department (OUH Adult ED) is a large academic emergency department located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is a leading provider of emergency care in the region, offering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care to those in need. Essential Functions/Duties:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years experience as an RN in Emergency/Trauma/Intensive Care. Or substitute a Master’s degree in Nursing for one (1) year of the required experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of nursing theory, standards of nursing care, practices, techniques and procedures. Knowledge of hospital organization. Skill in administering effective nursing care. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with medical staff.
