Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the safe operations of the entire MGM Cotai Pool areas including shallow & swimming pool, children`s pool, Jacuzzis and its pool deck

• Assist on any accident prevention programs, perform lifesaving and first aid procedures as necessary; and perform other related duties as required

• Help to prevent and manage injuries

• Evaluate swimming abilities of guests, especially children and those with special needs.Politely advise those to with limited abilities or with needs to the shallow pool area or to the use of floatation devices when near or in the water

• Based on the “Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations”, politely restrict all the potential hazard or behaviors.

• Assist in the delivery and supervision of all water activities and special events around the Pool

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel or Casino Resort environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Lifeguard Certificate, Standard First Aid Certification & CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification, yearly re-certification essential

• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese preferable

• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
