• 参与到项目的不同阶段，作为最终用户提供有价值和专业的建议到项目建设中。协助项目组完成环评、安评、职业病危害评价等确认工作

Fully involved in different project phase and have valuable input as end user，As end user to support Project team finish EIA/SIA/ODHA.

• 学习并运用其他工厂和行业的最佳实践到新工厂

Learn and apply best practice from other sites and other experiences to Qingdao project

• 端到端的思维持续标准化和持续改善的理念和能力，通过项目期间的参与，实践为未来的商业化生产的垂直启动和成功做好充足的准备

End to end mindset to be involved in project and ensure standardization and continuous improvement toBAU vertical startup through expertise, lean and experience gained from project phase

• 利益相关方之间良好的内外部沟通

Good communication with stakeholder both internally and externally

• 根据总部和法规的要求，组织和评估工厂的各类安保威胁并有效管理重大威胁。

Organize and carry out security threat & risk assessment within site according to Global security and regulatory requirements and manage significant threats in a robust manner.

• 建立、回顾和更新工厂与安全相关的指南和SOP文件。                   Establish, review and update safety related Guidelines & SOPs
• 协助制订、维护和回顾工厂安全相关应急计划并定期组织工厂内部的紧急疏散演习。

Assist with establishment, maintenance and review of site emergency response plan on safety issues and organize essential emergency plan rehearsal

• 协助建立工厂SHE目标、指标和改进计划。                                       Assist with the setting of site SHE KPIs, objectives and improvement plan
• 协调工厂内部所有与安全推进相关的活动以培育工厂SHE文化和提高员工安全意识

Co-ordinate all safety promotion activities of the plant to cultivate SHE culture and improve safety awareness among staff

• 定期组织进行工厂的安全，安保和消防检查并对整改措施进行改进。

Organize and carry out regular safety, security &fire safety inspection within site and follow up corrective actions

• 协助并参与内外部的各类SHE审核活动。                                      Co-ordinate and attend internal/external SHE audits
• 对工厂员工进行安全方面的培训。

Arrange safety training to all staff

• 管理工厂作业许可系统和行为安全观察流程以预防不良安全问题。

Manage permit-to-work and behavioural safety observation process system to prevent adverse safety events

• 协助或牵头各类安全事故/事件的调查、发现根本原因、与相关负责人制订纠正预防措施并对实施状况进行跟进。                                    Coordinate or lead safety incident and accident investigation, identify root cause, develop corrective/ preventive action with other responsible and follow-up.
• 作为工厂的指定的化学品合规专员，确保全球《化学品物料安全说明书及相关危害信息提供及管理》流程和《化学品管理》中的要求得以实施。

As nominated person of chemical compliance lead onsite, fulfil the requirements of the Global SHE Procedure for the Provision and Management of SDS and related Hazard Information & Global SHE Standard for management for Controlled Chemicals.

• 提供安全的目标、技术支持、指南、操作程序、培训及其他专业的技术服务，确保内外部各相关方的行为符合安全、健康、环境方针政策。

Providing the direction, technical support, guidance, programs, training and other professional services that internal and external parties need to ensure compliance with AZ SHE Policy.

• 对风险评估及管理流程提供的专业的建议及支持。

Providing advice and support for SHE risk assessment and management processes.

• 维护和管理好汇报流程并实施监控，确保符合安全、健康、环境方针政策的要求。

Maintaining and managing the reporting systems to monitor compliance with the requirements of AZ SHE Policy.

• 建立并持续改进工厂内部的安全、健康、环境管理体系。

Developing and continuously improving local SHE management system.

• 保持对各种当地安全、健康、环境方法律法规及阿斯利康内部要求的更新，并监测其合规性

Keeping updated with various local SHE laws & regulations and AZ requirements, and monitoring compliance.

• 持续表现符合政策的安全、健康与环境行为，并通过交流与沟通，持续改善安全、健康与环境的绩效。

Continually demonstrate the behaviour corresponding with policy of safety, health and environment, also continually improve the performance of safety, health and environment through interpersonal communication.

• 识别并管控工厂职业卫生的风险，管理员工的职业健康档案和体检，持续推进员工健康管理项目，对员工的健康关注给与合理回应。

Identify and control occupational health risks in the factory, manage employees’ occupational health records and medical examinations, continuously advance employee health management programs, and provide appropriate responses to employees’ health concerns.

• 负责PPE管理和部门物料采购。

PPE management and dept material purchasing.

• 可以向您的直接经理或通过行为准则帮助热线就您工作中遇到的安全、健康与环境的有关问题及建议、他人的相关表现以及公司的安全、健康环境绩效进行沟通。

Report to your line manager or use the hotline of code of conduct to communicate with the encountered safety, health and environment issues, also company’s safety, healthy environment performance can be communicated.

• 采取积极的、正确的态度真实地、准确地填写有关安全、健康与环境绩效的记录以及相关文件，并进行汇总、提交、保存，这有利于公司对所设定目标的进展进行准确地评估，并将评估信息与相关方或其他相关人员进行分享。

Adopt the positive, right attitude to fill in related documents about safety, health and environment performance correctly, summarize, submit and save them. These activities will help to evaluated company’s goal accurately, and it will also be shared with interested parties or other related people

• 理解业务活动中涉及GMP的相关内容及可能对产品质量产生的影响 Understand the impacts of daily work on GMP requirements and product quality
• 参加GMP相关培训，确保业务活动持续符合GMP要求 Attend GMP trainings and ensure that daily work is compliant to GMP consistently
• 严格执行本岗位的GMP相关规程 Strictly follow GMP SOPs.
• 向直线经理或QA沟通工作中遇到的GMP相关问题  Report to line manager or QA about GMP questions encountered in daily work

• 确保业务活动的法规符合性 Ensure regulatory compliance of daily work
