Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Community Manager to take charge of managing our customer community on the Higher Logic platform. The Customer Community Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our customer community, driving engagement, and enhancing the overall customer experience in the dynamic B2B software industry.

Reporting to the Associate Manager of Customer Marketing as part of the Solution & Customer Marketing organization, and working closely with solution marketing, product management, customer success and technical support, you will ensure the community remains a vibrant hub for engagement and knowledge-sharing among our user base.

Responsibilities:

  • Community Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of our customer community, including content moderation, user support, and engagement initiatives. 

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy to drive engagement and ensure the community delivers value through relevant and timely content. 

  • User Engagement: Foster a sense of community and encourage active participation through discussions, webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and other interactive activities. 

  • Technical Administration: Serve as the primary administrator of the Higher Logic platform, managing user permissions, configuring community settings, and troubleshooting technical issues. 

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor community metrics and KPIs to track engagement levels and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, product management, and sales teams to align community initiatives with business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience. 

  • Community Advocacy: Identify and nurture community advocates and influencers who can amplify positive engagement and support marketing efforts. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing online communities, particularly in a B2B software or technology environment. 

  • Hands-on experience with the Higher Logic customer community platform or similar community management tools. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and foster meaningful discussions. 

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret community metrics and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred).

Annual salary range for this position is between €28,014.00 - €52,026.00 gross before taxes.

Salary range applies only to candidates in Lithuania

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
