Tea Lady (Pantry/Administrative Assistant)

Role Overview

The Tea Lady (Pantry/Administrative Assistant) ensures the smooth daily operation of office pantries and executive meeting spaces. Core responsibilities include preparing and serving refreshments, managing inventory, maintaining strict hygiene standards, and assisting with light administrative or logistics tasks as needed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Beverage Service: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to management, staff, and VIP guests.

Pantry Management: Maintain inventory of pantry supplies (snacks, beverages, sugar, milk) and restock regularly.

Hygiene and Cleaning: Wash cups and utensils, operate coffee machines, and sanitize all kitchen equipment.

Meeting Room Support: Set up conference rooms for meetings, assist with table settings, and clear/tidy the room afterward.

General Office Support: Assist with simple administrative tasks, document distribution, and running errands as well as ad hoc duities as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in a corporate office pantry, hospitality, catering, or cleaning role.

Soft Skills: Punctual, reliable, and possessing a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and staff.

Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented with good time-management skills to handle inventory independently.

Language: Conversational language skills (Cantonese or Mandarin)
