As the Senior Director of Revenue Accounting you’ll lead and manage a global revenue accounting team. You’ll collaborate across GitLab to drive results while being a trusted advisor to the business as the expert in revenue accounting. In this role, you’ll manage direct reports as well as automation processes and efficiencies. This role reports directly to the VP, Corporate Controller at GitLab. The ideal candidate will be based in the US as this role requires time zone overlap with key internal and external stakeholders.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.
