We are seeking a talented, detail oriented Financial Analyst and Scheduler to add to our team. In this hands-on role, you will be involved in all aspects of the business with activities related to FP&A, Pricing, Cost tracking, and internal customer support.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide direct support to the Program Management Office and functional managers for the development of integrated master schedules and financial analysis in support of proposal, contract, and functional specific needs.

  • Program start up and execution support, which includes contract modification processing, project setup, and NWA management .

  • Support pricing efforts utilizing ProPricer for Program efforts and understanding commercial parts pricing utilizing SAP production data.

  • Support Operations and Engineering functions with resource planning and production execution. Determine variance from forecasted material, labor, and ODC components.

  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports to include LRE development, EAC completions, internal & external EV requirements, & financial variance analysis.

  • Work with Management to develop and integrate new improved processes driving efficiencies and meeting internal customer needs.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically require Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & 8 years of Finance or related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of Finance or related business experience.

  • Experience with Earned Value, Estimates at Complete.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Specifically MS Project and Excel

  • Experience with SAP

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Demonstrated experience with current Raytheon and Collins financial tools/systems (SAP, APEX, BW, RPLAN).

  • Pricing experience and knowledge of pricing tools (Pro-Pricer, BMW).

  • Familiarity with EVMS, FAR/DFARS, or government cost accounting standards.

  • An understanding of schedule hierarchy, IMP/IMS implementation, resource loading, Earned Value techniques and cost reporting.

  • Prior Program Controls Experience

  • Prior Operations Finance Experience

  • Ability to meet critical deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and implement process improvement.

  • Deep interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of organization.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Self-reliant, team player who has attention to detail and can also prioritize his/her workload.

  • Proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
