Job Title: SAP Fiori Associate Manager
Location: Cairo, Egypt
 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Fiori Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing SAP Fiori projects, ensuring the successful design, development, and implementation of SAP Fiori applications. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Fiori, UI5, and related technologies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead SAP Fiori projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and end-users, to gather requirements and define project scope.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project execution.

Technical Expertise:

• Design, develop, and implement SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData services, and SAP Gateway.

• Customize and enhance SAP Fiori applications to meet business requirements.

• Ensure seamless integration of SAP Fiori applications with SAP backend systems.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of SAP Fiori developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical deliverables.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Perform testing and debugging of SAP Fiori applications to ensure functionality and performance.

• Implement and maintain documentation for SAP Fiori applications and related processes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 technologies and trends.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.

• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of SAP Fiori applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of [X] years of experience in SAP Fiori development and implementation.

• Strong expertise in SAPUI5, OData services, SAP Gateway, and related technologies.

• Experience in managing SAP Fiori projects and leading development teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• SAP Fiori certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration points.
