Position Role Type:

In this position, you will report to the Quality Control Supervisors and will work on streamlining Calibration, Certification and Documentation Control along with supporting the 5S initiatives in both Quality control areas.

What You Will Do

• Standard work creation

• Software creation for tracking and reporting purposes

• Lead events to optimize workflow in areas

• 5S optimization – Digital and Physical workspace

• Create Standard Work documents.

• Participating in Continuous Improvement Events.

• All other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Pursuing next level Education in Software Engineering or Computer Sciences.

• Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Techniques and applications.

• Ability to work varying shifts as needed.

• Successful candidates must meet all requirements under ITAR and CGD as well as be eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications We Prefer   

• Demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office applications.

• Previous ERP experience welcomed (SAP preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
