About the Role
营销员渠道储备岗位(业务发展、培训及新人发展、人力发展、业务推动)职位描述:
1、负责策略规划,业绩推动,营销员业务品质和销售行为管理。
2、完善培训课程,确保达成相关课程的关键指标,记录培训纪录并跟进培训后的效果反馈,达成新人发展计划。
3、负责组织及举办新人面试、事业说明会,主讲事业说明会和主持人才引荐,推动、追踪新人留存和主管晋级,组织相关活动。
4、负责执行年度销售策略、竞赛、活动,以帮助渠道达成管理层制定的年度销售目标,营销员荣誉体系推动,产服与绩优推动。
岗位要求:
大学本科及以上学历,保险、金融或市场营销专业优先
5年以上的保险行业相关工作经验,有寿险从业经验者优先
熟练运用OFFICE办公软件、熟练使用办公软件
具备出色的沟通能力和执行力
良好的沟通和写作能力
