Who We're Looking For 

We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a dependable, detail-oriented team player who loves pets and being part of a fun, supportive team. They will have knowledge of equipment used, understanding the importance of client education, and being a positive and motivating team member.

The hourly rate for this position is $14.00 - $19.00, depending on experience, education, licensure, and certifications. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 1+ years of Customer Service (Ideally within the veterinary field)

  • Rooming patients/ Outpatient appointments

  • Answering phones

  • Monetary transactions

  • Reviewing, writing/typing in patient files

  • Triaging

  • Knowledge of industry tools and equipment 

  • Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills 

  • Teaching and training others

  • Saturdays required (1-2 Saturdays off a month)
