Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Document application configurations and development processes to maintain clear and accessible records.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP MDG framework.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing SAP MDG workflows and data quality controls.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
