The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Aftermarket Leader to drive the transformation and growth of our HVAC Service businesses across the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg) and covering the Residential, Light Commercial and Commercial Segments for the Brands Carrier, CIAT & Viessmann.

This role holds full P&L responsibility for Carrier and Viessmann Aftermarket operations, including Maintenance Portfolio, Commissioning, Repairs, Modernization, and Parts.

As the Aftermarket Leader, you will manage operational performance, accelerate orders growth, and lead a high-performing service sales team. Your mission: deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, expand installed base coverage, and grow connected services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L for the service business, ensuring revenue, margin, and EBIT targets are met or exceeded.
  • Steer Service Growth Initiatives of the recently combined business of Carrier and Viessmann that operate in the Residential, Light Commercial and Commercial Segments.
  • Develop and execute strategies for rapid growth in service agreements and aftermarket sales.
  • Drive operational excellence and digital transformation through connected service models.
  • Lead and coach service sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts.
  • Oversee talent development, succession planning, and technician growth programs.
  • Ensure compliance with EH&S, ethics, and local/international regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in service or maintenance-based industries, either Residential and/or Commercial Segment; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven track record in P&L management and financial forecasting.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams and driving breakthrough performance through structured Growth Initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ServiceMax, SAP, or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiency in both Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered an asset
