A Day in the Life

To support our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services (CDS) business in the Benelux and Nordics, we are seeking a full-time Training and Education Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training and education strategies for physicians, healthcare professionals, and employees within the region.

You will lead all training and education initiatives related to CRM and CDS for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives in the Benelux and Nordics. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and covering Benelux and the Nordic. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and are expected to travel regionally 1–2 days per week.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Plan, deliver, and align internal and external training and education (T&E) strategies for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and employees
  • Conduct regular needs analysis and develop strategic education plans to support business goals
  • Design, develop, and deliver HCP training programs, including procedure and competency-based education
  • Lead regional education initiatives and ensure consistency and quality across all programs
  • Build, manage, and maintain digital education resources; oversee access and track training execution and outcomes
  • Serve as the regional expert for CRM and CDS products, collaborating with regulatory teams to ensure compliance of educational materials
  • Partner with global and regional T&E teams to leverage resources and drive effective education solutions

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3–5 years’ technical/clinical experience in an international setting
  • Background in adult education and strong medical/clinical knowledge, preferably in cardiovascular diseases
  • Technical aptitude, program management experience, and process-driven with analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong social, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities; adept at handling issues
  • Positive, proactive, and results-oriented personality; thrives in fast-changing environments; fluent in Dutch and English


We highly value candidates with a medical degree and a specialization in cardiology.
