SCOPE OF THE WORK

• Support investigations and white collar law  practice matters

• Provide legal and business research

• Provide legal translation

• Make calls with local authorities to inquire for legal and regulatory issues

• Collect, compile and format legal documents

• Prepare advice and other communications internally to the team and externally to clients

REQUIREMENTS

• US bar qualification is preferred

• PRC law degree from reputable law school is required; foreign law degree or education is preferred

• Work or internship experience in IWCF practice with reputable law firms is preferred

• Working experience in serving foreign clients is preferred

• Native Chinese and fluent English
