The Sr. Manager, Project Services at our Boston lab plays a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and operational excellence by leading a dedicated team of Project Management professionals. This position ensures seamless coordination of client studies and large-scale sponsor portfolios, enabling successful partnerships through accurate forecasting, timely revenue tracking, and streamlined project execution. With a focus on continuous process improvement, the Sr. Manager aligns resources to maintain lead times, oversee prompt monthly closures, and manage outstanding amendments, all while supporting the Business Unit’s growth objectives.
