Job Description
What this job involves:
Meeting the needs of customers & clients.
At JLL, we put customer and client satisfaction at the front and center of everything we do. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working closely with customers, clients and stakeholders to identify solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Vital tasks include issuing of purchase orders within the contract maximum spend values, updating functional systems used in the group, liaising with Contract Managers for progress updates and highlighting of issues, updating third-party systems with compliance documents and managing subcontractors carrying our requests including all associated documentation requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This role is a mixture of data research and administrative, system-driven tasks
Help operation in auditing accuracy of research output and work with Operations Manager in creating weekly and monthly compliance and audit report.
Help in training new hires and in up-training existing staff for process updates.
Help identify trend in quality and turn around time performance.
Actively contribute to business success by maintaining expected performance standards
Responsible for effectively using the system and ensuring timely and efficient completion of requests in accordance with the customers’ requirements
Document review, including collation, distribution and filing according to policies and procedures
Handle queries from customers, clients and engineers related to outstanding and ongoing requests
Liaise with different internal and external groups through e-mail and phone calls
Assist and support customers, clients and stakeholders in the logical troubleshooting of workflow issues impacting their requests
Maintain a collaborative relationship within the team
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Minimum of two years operations experience focused on:Quality control.Compliance Management.Data Trend Analysis
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Proficiency in computer functions within MS Office Suite
Exceptional problem solving skills and time management
Willing to work on shifting/rotating schedules
Experience in supporting US-based services is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree preferred
