The United States Personal Banking - Issue Management Design Team Governance & Control - Compliance Business Control Officer is a strategic professional responsible for execution and oversight of centralized Operations Issues Management matters:
These activities will be conducted in close partnership with function leadership across U.S. Personal Bank Operations and its supporting functions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy are required to guide, influence, and engage others, often senior leaders in the remediation of cross functional issues.
This position will be accountable for execution of cross-functional issues, risk exception management, and escalated Issue Management matters. Responsibilities include identifying and managing requirements to the Global Issue Management Policy, Standard, and Procedure as well as providing transparency to senior leaders and stakeholders throughout the issue management and risk exception lifecycle. This role will work closely with leaders across Citi engaging with Issue Managers, Owners, Legal, Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) and Risk/Control partners to ensure consistent, quality and on-time delivery against Issue Management commitments.
