What You'll Do?
- Manage the hardware and virtualization platforms of infrastructure systems,
- Understand the current architecture, identify areas for improvement, eliminate bottlenecks, plan for capacity upgrades, and develop long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans to manage and maintain the infrastructure,
- Design and implement monitoring systems and procedures to ensure 24/7 uptime for highly critical systems,
- Actively participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) processes,
- Plan, physically intervene, and configure Data Center hardware as needed,
- Research, analyze, and recommend cutting-edge technologies, architectures, frameworks, and products to better meet the needs of our product,
- Represent the company in audits conducted by various institutions.
Who You Are?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft operating systems and applications running on them,
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory,
- Experience with MS Exchange is required,
- Hands-on experience with hardware installation and intervention in data centers is required,
- Proficiency with VMware virtualization environments,
- Experience in business continuity practices,
- Basic knowledge and experience with Linux,
- Practical experience with TCP/IP, AD, DHCP, and DNS,
- Experience with HPE and DELL server storage products,
- Knowledge of Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) management processes.
