Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, DA Product Strategy and Operations position will lead and support cross-category initiatives and assist the VP DA Product Marketing in short and mid/long range business planning, improving processes and managing business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee short and mid-to-long term strategic planning
• Digital Appliance team champion for driving differentiation and business advantage with AI and SmartThings; Engage internal and external stakeholders to create a competitive advantage in the market
• Partner with Global and local product teams to build a robust innovation pipeline, and facilitate quarterly engagement with the global product teams Identify and execute projects to drive new revenue streams and sales opportunities
• Act as a process improvement champion in the Product Marketing team; specifically, around improved business planning with Sales and Demand Generation teams
• Provide business insights, reporting and analytical support to the VP of Product Marketing leader

Skills and Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience; MBA preferred
• Demonstrated strategic thinker who can turn strategic objectives into practical action
• Very strong analytical and data mining skills
• Detail oriented and operationally minded, strong organizational and follow-through.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for establishing relationships cross-functionally and cross-divisionally
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required with an emphasis on quantitative analysis (Excel) and the creation of presentations (PowerPoint)
• Background in Management consulting,  Corporate Strategy and Product Strategy role preferred and open to transitioning to Product Marketing in the future.
• Knowledge of one or more consumer goods industries, preferably in consumer electronics preferred
