Your mission will be to assist our clients in the implementation and support of the Workday solution. After a training period on the implementation and support methodology, as well as the use of the reporting tools of the Workday Information System, you will leverage your expertise in reporting to design, develop, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
We will count on you to:
- Take part of Workday deployment projects for our clients.
- Engaging with diverse business units to capture comprehensive reporting requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance and IT to gather and analyze reporting requirements and data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Understand security and data privacy rules for data handling in reporting.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday reporting capabilities.
- Map business requirements into technical report designs developing creative solutions to meet evolving business reporting needs.
- Stay current with Workday updates and best practices to continuously improve reporting processes.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science.
- Knowledge of HR Information systems is a plus.
- Besides English, you have a good level of communication in French or German.
- Experience with Workday is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
What makes you stand out?
- Workday certification in Reporting or related modules.
- Proficient in Workday reporting tools and data visualization techniques.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and analysis.
- Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming Languages.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau for creating dashboards and visual reports, is a plus.
- Prior consulting experience in a professional services environment.

The Workday Certification Process is thoughtfully designed over a period of six weeks and it includes:
- A three-week internal preparation training tailored to build your confidence and knowledge.
- A three-week virtual official training led by Workday experts, providing you with industry – recognized credentials and practical skills.
