Job Description:
This position aims to drive regional bookings and revenue growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and ensure full compliance through cross-functional collaboration, bringing sustainable commercial and business development value to Airbus Helicopters in China.
We recruit all diverse profiles.
Develop and deploy a comprehensive regional sales and business development strategy.
Achieve commercial targets (bookings, deliveries, and other TCO) within his/her region, leading contract negotiations, execution, and support to the S&S sales.
Lead regional market presence, including customer relationship management and representing the company at local air shows and events.
Collaborate across functions: including marketing, strategy, commercial operations, S&S teams, and with the AH central.
Ensure full compliance with all corporate Ethics & Compliance (E&C) policies and guidelines.
This role will involve extensive travel for business (nearly every week) in his/her region in China and as such he/she must be able to travel accordingly.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
