We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in beautiful Polson, Montana, located on the southern shore of Flathead Lake. Nestled between the Mission Mountains and the largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi, Polson offers a stunning setting with year-round recreation, a welcoming community, and a slower pace of life—perfect for those who want both career growth and work-life balance.

This position provides scheduling services and administrative support to enhance the function of assigned area(s), ensuring optimal patient care and a seamless patient experience.

Preferred:

  • Post-high school education or vocational training in healthcare

  • Previous experience in healthcare or customer service

  • Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology

  • Other combinations of education and experience may be considered

Job Specific Duties

  • Accurately schedule services per department protocol

  • Coordinate resources to ensure appropriate patient care

  • Adapt to changing department standards and policies

  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients and staff

  • Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA

  • Remain efficient under pressure and during high patient volumes

  • Work with other departments to ensure accurate scheduling of visits

  • Monitor provider schedule access to maintain positive patient experiences

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

The position offers Monday to Friday hours, with shifts from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
