Join our dynamic on-site maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician Specialist (Equipment Specialist). In this critical role, you’ll act as a subject matter expert (SME) on specific technologies and lower-level controls used in our advanced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems. You’ll lead complex troubleshooting efforts, support system optimizations, and deliver technical training to maintenance team members — all to help ensure maximum uptime and performance across our automated operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead troubleshooting for complex electrical, mechanical, and control system failures.

  • Analyze PLCs, VFDs, IOs, and network communication systems.

  • Collaborate with system specialists on upgrades and optimizations.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and minor system improvements.

  • Train and support Electromechanical Engineers and junior staff.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and HSE standards.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2-year technical degree and 3–5 years of experience in MHE or automation.

  • Strong knowledge of lower-level controls (LLC), PLC diagnostics, and industrial networks.

  • Experience with CMMS, SCADA, or WES systems is an advantage.

  • Able to read technical diagrams and resolve faults independently.

  • Team player with good problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements:

  • Czech – mandatory

  • English – min. B1 level (reading documentation and basic communication)

Other:

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or nights.

  • Physically fit to handle on-site tasks (lifting up to 25 kg, working at heights).
