We are seeking a Finance Supply Chain Manager to take charge of the financial aspects of our supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless operations.

  • Innovate and Optimize: Lead the financial planning and analysis for our supply chain, driving cost-saving strategies and ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Leadership and Growth: Play a pivotal role in risk management, compliance, and strategic decision-making, leading cross-functional teams and influencing company-wide improvements.

WE count on your expertise to optimize our inbound and outbound logistics financial processes. You'll develop standardized freight reporting, monitor and analyze costs, calculate month-end freight accruals, and track demurrage charges. Additionally, you'll support fleet management and assess fleet maintenance costs.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare financial models, support forecasts and reports, and manage supply chain costs.
  • Cost Control: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, analyze procurement and logistics costs, and manage financial aspects of inbound and outbound logistics.
  • KPI Management: Perform analysis of Days in Inventory Outstanding (DIO) and Days of Coverage (DOC) KPIs, monitor and analyze freight costs, and calculate month-end accruals.
  • IBP Process Support: Increase the maturity level of our IBP process, track benefits, and follow up on customer service and supply chain KPIs.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus. 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or supply chain management, with a focus on financial analysis and cost management. 

Skills: 

  • Digital savvy, with experience using an ERP, and the ability to automate manual processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual French and English is an asset.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. 
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
