THE ROLE

This exciting opportunity is for a talented Senior Account Manager to join CAA's award-winning team in London. The role involves both managing high-profile brand partnerships in sports, particularly golf area and delivering guest programs for a global account, specifically in F1. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, organized, and outgoing leader who enjoys collaboration, innovation, and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels .

As a Senior Account Manager you will demonstrate a deep understanding of the process, requirements, and expectations involved in marketing landscape and how brands leverage partnerships to connect with new audiences and grow their business, as well as managing premium hospitality experiences in F1.

Responsibilities include overseeing and managing a brand’s global F1 hospitality campaign, from pre-race planning and supplier engagements to ticket management and on-the-ground logistics. This also extends to managing a brand's partnership with a rights holder, from developing campaign strategy and activation plans to delivering impactful ideas. The role requires confidence in discussing day-to-day account operations, demonstrating project management capabilities, and sharing best practices for client servicing.

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Leading the day-to-day management and delivery of account hospitality and overall account management

  • Serving as the main point of contact for the client, local markets, rights holder, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Establishing client servicing best practices, including client presentations, status calls, rights trackers, and budgeting

  • Working closely with the (Senior) Account Director to shape and innovate hospitality and partnership strategy and direction

  • Managing client hospitality and guest experience programs at and away from the track, from planning through to execution

  • Collaborating with our Functions (Analytics, Strategy, Creative, Experiential) to answer briefs and deliver best-in-class client solutions

  • Overseeing the delivery of campaign activations and content across multiple channels including events, digital, social, talent, and hospitality

  • Managing budgets and billing for agency fees, activation, and supplier costs

  • International travel to deliver in-market guest programs, including hosting and managing senior executive level guest logistics (as required)

  • Acting as a senior advisor to junior members of staff and offer support and guidance

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have agency or in-house experience

  • Best in class client servicing, account handling and project management

  • Experience managing complex, international guest programs on behalf of brands or groups

  • F1 and golf sponsorship as well as dealing with global markets experience is preferable

  • Exposure to strategic decision making, campaign planning, communications, asset development and amplification, hospitality, and event management

  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously

  • Must have a calm, organised, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to think proactively and find solutions under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal skills and best-in-class client servicing, account handling, and project management

  • Confident presentation skills, verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail

  • Creative flair with a passion for ideas and innovative thinking

  • Experience of line management is preferable

  • Flexible to travel in the UK as required
