What you'll do...
The Walmart LocalFinds team is a new venture that builds on Walmart’s leading omni-channel platform as we continue our mission to revolutionize the local shopping experience. As the Group Director , you will develop business and product strategies to partner with local retailers in cities across the world, starting with the US, to make their businesses and products discoverable to customers and available for same-day in-store pickup, local delivery and then help scale them nationally and more.
In this role, you will build and scale innovative ways for customers to discover and engage with local sellers seamlessly, boosting product assortment and speed on site, helping local businesses grow, and powering our hyperlocal and the Walmart flywheel. You will play a general management function and have ultimate responsibility for LocalFinds’ business success as you create a best-in-class experience for Walmart Customers and Subscribers, Local Sellers, and Delivery Drivers.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $192,000.00-$384,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
