Job Summary**

Jabil, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Intern to support our planning department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain processes, and operational efficiency within a global leading manufacturing services company.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist the planning team with data collection, analysis, and report generation related to production schedules, inventory levels, and material requirements.
* Support the development and maintenance of production plans, ensuring alignment with customer demand and internal capacity.
* Participate in meetings to discuss planning strategies, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
* Collaborate with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure smooth operational flow.
* Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function.
* Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of the planning department.
* Learn and apply Jabil's planning tools and systems.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic formulas) is highly desired.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain concepts is preferred.
