A positive attitude is key! As an Accessories Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing a wide range of fashion accessories. Your role will involve collaborating with other designers, product developers, and marketing teams to create innovative and on-trend products that align with the brand’s vision and target market.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or related field experience
• Proven experience in accessories design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and design aesthetic.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
• Strong understanding of textiles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the fashion industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $110-120K per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
