What You’ll Be Doing

As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, and supporting smooth delivery and billing processes aligned with project milestones.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Logistics Operations Management

  • Oversee import and export activities in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements (ANRT, MCI, COC).

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and local authorities to ensure timely shipment and delivery.

  • Track inbound and outbound logistics flows and proactively address any operational issues.

Customer Fulfillment, Delivery & Billing

  • Prepare and issue delivery notes and invoices upon goods receipt.

  • Validate delivery documentation to ensure alignment with agreed terms and project timelines.

  • Monitor delivery progress and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate fulfillment.

Logistics Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including missing documentation and invoice mismatches.

  • Act as a primary contact for clients regarding logistics and delivery concerns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain) to optimize processes and resolve issues efficiently.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to all local regulations and maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and inspections.

  • Manage required permits, certificates, and authorizations related to import/export activities.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain operations.

  • Strong understanding of local regulations (ANRT, MCI, COC) and customs procedures.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems.

  • Fluent in English and French.
