Role Overview: We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist with 3–6 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The role involves collaborating with platform teams, enhancing HRSD modules, integrating with third-party systems, and ensuring adherence to governance and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs. - Collaborate with platform teams on upgrade-related activities managed by HRSD. - Ensure alignment on platform-related changes impacting HRSD modules. - Implement enhancements across Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, and ACLs. - Contribute to improved employee experience and operational efficiency. - Design and support integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs. - Enable seamless data exchange and process automation. - Establish architectural standards and collaborate with platform architects to review and approve solution designs. - Ensure long-term maintainability and performance of HRSD solutions. - Act as the technical escalation point for team members facing complex blockers. - Manage deployment activities across INT and PROD environments. - Handle incident resolution and provide ServiceNow support for out-of-the-box (OOB) issues. Technical Skills - ServiceNow HRSD Modules: Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, ACLs - Integration Expertise: REST APIs, third-party system integrations - Platform Management: Upgrade handling, deployment activities (INT & PROD), incident resolution - Governance & Architecture: Solution design reviews, architectural standards, compliance frameworks -Technical Leadership: Issue resolution, technical reviews, mentoring team members - ServiceNow Core Skills: Configuration, customization, OOB issue handling, performance optimization
