A career with EROAD gives you the unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing organisation that’s leading the way with in-vehicle technology making roads safer, more productive, and helping reduce environmental impact. EROAD delivers intelligence you can trust, for a better world tomorrow.
As EROAD scales its Australian business, we are seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Executive General Manager (AU) based in Sydney.
This is not a traditional administrative role. This position operates as a strategic Executive Assistant, a force multiplier to the EGM AU embedded within a full P&L business responsible for growth, performance and execution.
You will help drive commercial clarity, forecast discipline, executive communication and operational cadence across the Australian business. You will sit at the centre of strategy, revenue performance and cross-functional alignment.
This role requires commercial judgement, analytical strength and the confidence to operate alongside senior leaders.
Prepare board-ready presentations, executive reports and performance packs with clear commercial narrative.
Support full P&L visibility through structured reporting and insight across revenue, margin and operating expenditure.
Translate strategic priorities into measurable execution plans and track delivery.
Provide high-quality briefing material for enterprise customer engagements and senior leadership forums.
Act as a trusted extension of the EGM AU in operational and strategic forums where appropriate.
Support identifying risk, opportunity and performance gaps.
Investigate scenario analysis in Excel to support pricing, investment and deal strategy decisions.
Strengthen reporting discipline across Sales and Customer Success, improving data accuracy and accountability.
Develop executive-grade PowerPoint materials for Sales Conferences and strategic reviews.
Improve operating rhythm, information flow and cross-functional alignment across AU and global teams.
Identify process inefficiencies and drive practical improvements that increase execution speed and clarity.
Support enterprise tender responses and key customer communications.
Act as a key coordination point between the Australian leadership team and global stakeholders.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, EROAD GPT) to enhance productivity and insight.
Manage calendar, travel and expense processes with precision, ensuring executive time is focused on highest-impact activities.
Follow all safety and wellbeing procedures, report hazards/incidents, and participate in wellbeing initiatives as required.
We are looking for someone commercially sharp, structured in their thinking, and comfortable operating in a high-performance environment.
You will likely bring:
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Officer, Chief of Staff or senior commercial support role to an executive leader.
Strong commercial and financial literacy, with the ability to interpret revenue trends, forecast risk and business performance.
Advanced Excel capability, including modelling and scenario analysis.
Exceptional PowerPoint skills, able to produce board-level presentations independently.
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Power BI and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Confidence to challenge constructively and bring clarity to ambiguity.
Strong execution discipline, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
High levels of discretion, maturity and professional judgement.
Comfort adopting AI tools to work smarter and faster.
EROAD is a publicly listed technology company with a strong growth trajectory across NZ, Australia, the Philippines and the USA. The Australian business operates with full P&L accountability and a clear enterprise growth ambition.
This role offers direct exposure to commercial strategy, board reporting, enterprise deal structuring and business performance management.
If you want to operate at the centre of a scaling SaaS business and materially influence outcomes — this is a career-accelerating opportunity.
